Dr. Qiong Wang is a Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and serves as the Principal Investigator in the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Reproductive Medicine, the Key Laboratory of Cell Differentiation and Apoptosis of the Chinese Ministry of Education. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Rochester and completed postdoctoral training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in the United States. The Wang Lab investigates the mechanisms underlying stem cell differentiation into mesendoderm and explores their clinical applications. Her research has been published in journals such as Cell Stem Cell, Developmental Cell, Nature Communications and Genes & Development. Dr. Wang is a recipient of Shanghai "Oriental Scholar" Distinguished Professor, NYSTEM Postdoctoral Training Award and MSKCC Helena Johnson Hackley Scholar Prize.
