My name is Rui Fan and I am a postdoc in Ivan Bedzhov’s lab at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine in Münster. I did my PhD in Prof. Dr Gunnar Schotta’s lab in Munich, and then, I moved to Dr Ivan Bedzhov’s group for my Postdoc research.During my PhD studies, I gained essential knowledge and skills in the field of early mouse embryonic development. I continued working on early embryogenesis during my postdoctoral period, focusing on embryo dormancy (diapause). My current work shows that the signalling and tissue dynamics in the dormant embryo.
