The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Hong Kong
Dr. Tianming Wu is a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Biomedical Sciences at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), with research interests in the molecular and developmental biology of human embryonic stem cells. Dr. Wu earned his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, where he focused on projects aimed at understanding key pluripotency factors and their repurposing as pioneer factors to initiate germ layer differentiation. He then relocated to Hong Kong with his Ph.D. supervisor, Prof. Stephen Dalton. At CUHK, Dr. Wu has developed new programs focusing on advanced human embryonic organoids and the developmental origins of brown adipocytes.
