Dr. Hsiu-Chuan Lin is an incoming Group Leader at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in Barcelona, where her lab will focus on decoding and engineering cell fates using stem cell models, perturbation screening, and single-cell multiomics. She completed her postdoctoral training at ETH Zurich in the lab of Prof. Dr. Barbara Treutlein, where she investigated neuronal fate specification. Dr. Lin also held a postdoctoral position at the Institute of Molecular and Clinical Ophthalmology Basel (IOB) under the mentorship of Dr. Gray Camp. She earned her PhD from the Institute of Molecular Biology and the Institute of Statistical Science of the National Taiwan University, where she studied the function of CRL2 ubiquitin ligases under the guidance of Dr. Hsueh-Chi S. Yen and Dr. Chen-Hsiang Yeang.
