Martin Pera PhD is a Professor at the Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, Maine and the Associate Editor of Stem Cell Reports. His current research is focused on understanding cell state transitions in pluripotency, the use of pluripotent stem cells to study the genetics of repair in the central nervous system and age related macular degeneration, and new approaches to precision disease modeling.
